- Manage Sympa Listserver: coordinate and support hundreds of lists and thousands of list subscribers (2007-Ongoing)
Formerly:
- re.web Project: (2007-2008)
- managed the implementation of design and photography
- developed specifications for CMS customization and installation
- conducted W&M's first web usability testing
- participated in the selection of an enterprise web content management system for the College
- served as a leader in the design selection and enhancement process
- successfully completed strategic communication and discovery with hundreds of campus leaders and constituents.
- myWM Redesign: refreshed the design implemented in January 2007 to compliment the College's new web presence (2008)
- Tribe Voices: (2008)
- designed user interface and conducted usability testing to ensure ease of use
- built the user interface in xhtml and css
- designed and built website "themes" in xhtml and css
- completed extensive online documentation for Tribe Voices
- participated in thorough testing of Tribe Voices prior to release
- communicated the product to campus through a series of websites, presentations and emails
- Departmental website development: managed the redevelopment of information architecture for Undergraduate Admission, Board of Visitors, President's Office, Financial Aid, University Registrar, and Office of Student Volunteer Services (2007-2008)
- myWM: executed an extensive redesign of the campus portal login page (2007)
- myNotebook: designed web and print materials to communicate about the College's laptop initiative (2004-2006)
- W&M Web Templates: designed and built several new templates for the the College's "home grown" web content management system (2004-2006)
- IT website: completed a visual and structural redesign of http://www.wm.edu/it (2005)
